Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. 
We do not offer returns on Sale items.

To start a return, you can contact us at operations@thelacquercompany.com 

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return and ensuring it arrives to its designated location. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and assist accordingly.
 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned such as custom orders. We do not accept returns on sale items.
 

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for these reasons, please send us an email at operations@thelacquercompany.com and we will be happy to rectify any issues. It is helpful if you can include photographs.
 

REFUNDS
If you are eligible for a refund or store credit, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the return is approved. Refunds will be automatically credited to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Store credit will be issued via email.
